From Discovery to Clinical Development

Our drug discovery and development efforts are supported by two core pillars:

CXCR4 Modulator Platform
Antiviral Portfolio

Nobel Medical’s lead pipeline programs have demonstrated preclinical proof-of-concept and are advancing toward IND-enabling studies in preparation for human clinical trials.

Our approach is grounded in rigorous laboratory research and strengthened through collaborations with leading academic institutions in computational chemistry, virology, and protein degradation.

By combining this scientific expertise with our founders’ experience in drug development, Nobel Medical is positioned to drive an efficient, milestone-driven path from discovery to early-stage clinical development.

CXCR4 Modulator

Nobel Medical has developed novel CXCR4 modulators. In neurodegeneration, these novel drugs combined with human neural stem cells (hNSCs) have demonstrated preclinical efficacy in improving cell migration and slowing disease progression in animal models of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). In hematology, the platform has generated targeted candidates designed to improve hemopoietic stem cell (HSC) mobilization for cancer patients undergoing transplantation.

Antiviral Portfolio

Leveraging proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) and computational technologies and absolute free energy prediction models, the company has identified a series of highly potent SARS-CoV-2 main protease (Mpro) inhibitors and the first-ever Mpro-targeting PROTAC molecule to directly overcome viral drug resistance.
